Congratulations to our 4th grade WW Lady Senators! Last weekend they won the "Southern Indiana Explosion" MYT tournament in Mitchell. This weekend they won the "School Team Challenge" MYT tournament at West Washington!

Make Up Day Reminder
We have missed 3 days so far. WW Administration made a request to the Indiana Department of Education that the days missed in November be waived due to the circumstances, but we were denied.
Make Up Days-
Weekend of January 31-February 2 (Digital Day to replace the day missed on November 25th)
February 3rd (Physical Day of School to make up for the snow day in December)
Weekend of February 21-23 to replace the day missed on November 26th)

FFA members attending the Vincennes University Career Development Event Day! Students are learning about many different career fields and gaining professional skills to better prepare for them for career paths and upcoming FFA events.
#WWeGrow OPPORTUNITY
The West Washington JAG program competed in the Region 10 Career Development Competition (vs. local schools like Jeffersonville, New Albany, Scottsburg, Austin, etc.) for the 1st time today. Out of the 11 kids that participated, all 11 placed in the top 3 of their respective field. Taking home a competition best 5 1st place finishes, those students will have to opportunity to compete at the State JAG conference in March. Congrats to the following students on representing West Washington properly and with pride!
