The West Washington JAG program competed in the Region 10 Career Development Competition (vs. local schools like Jeffersonville, New Albany, Scottsburg, Austin, etc.) for the 1st time today. Out of the 11 kids that participated, all 11 placed in the top 3 of their respective field. Taking home a competition best 5 1st place finishes, those students will have to opportunity to compete at the State JAG conference in March. Congrats to the following students on representing West Washington properly and with pride!

Tonight is the rescheduled boy's basketball game against Salem. We need a LOUD & PROUD CROWD. The game is a WHITE OUT and we will be recognizing the 2019 Final 4 Football team and presenting the school with the Final 4 team picture to hang in the gym.

Our student leader this week is Triston Newby. He was chosen because of his positive attitude, hard work, and helpfulness. Triston is always willing to help others and Mr. Bergdall with projects. This past week Triston helped in the senator closet and the greenhouse.
