WWES students planted daffodil bulbs today, which tied in nicely to the letter of the week, "D"!
A BIG thank you to Libby Kruer for always volunteering her time to teach our kids about gardening and to Salem Ace Hardware for donating the 100 daffodil bulbs for our project.

Recently, 4th grade students created Ecosystem dioramas. They have worked hard researching, creating, and learning about ecosystems. The students presented their dioramas to their classmates. All of the projects are now on display in the 4th grade hallway.

I really enjoyed visiting Ms Rutherford's 3rd grade class to watch the students read their work from the "Author's Chair ". They all did an excellent job.

WW will remain on a 2 hour delay. Buses will NOT travel where it is not safe. If we cannot get to your pick up we will call you individually and your child will able to make up any missed work.

WWSC will operate on a 2 hour delay today November 15th. Due to some down trees, road conditions will be checked to make sure they are passable again at 8 am. Stay tuned for more information to come. PLEASE SHARE

The document linked below explains the process used to determine if we delay or cancel school due to inclement weather. It is very rare to announce that decision before the day in question. The announcement will be made prior to 6 AM the day of school.
