As we prepare for the beginning of school we need to make adjustments to transportation.
We recognize that the social distance on a school bus will be difficult to achieve. As a part of our reopening plan we are limiting the number of students allowed on a bus.
Students will be required to wear a mask on the bus. In addition, we are asking parents that are able to transport their children to and from school to do so.
If you are going to transport your child to school please call us at 812-755-4872 to let us know so we can plan our transportation accordingly.
We only need those that ARE going to transport their children to call.

WW Graduation Rain Contingency Plan-
We are going to do everything we can to have our graduation ceremony as planned on Friday night at 8:30 pm. With weather being volatile the decision to go to Plan B may be made last minute.

Graduation Updates 7/3/20
WWSC administration consulted with the department of health and asked for clarification of the Governor's restriction on gathers. We have been instructed that we can gather in groups exceeding 250 outdoors if maximum social distancing is achievable. Therefore we have made changes in our graduation that we believe are in best interest of the Class of 2020.
Today is corporation treasurer Vickie Nice's last day. She is retiring after 12 years at West Washington.
She has been a very dedicated and diligent employee. Her love for WW always showed in her work. We will really miss her!
Kindergarten Roundup will be held July 20 and 21 from 3:00-8:00 PM. Please bring the child's shot records and birth certificate, along with the child. We will follow the following safeguards due to COVID-19.
*Kindergarten Readiness Screening will be by appointment only. No walk-ins will be screened. Kindergarten screening will last approximately 30 minutes. Please call 812-755-4934 or 812-755 4996 to schedule your appointment. (Kindergarten screening is a series of screenings/tasks conducted by WW Kindergarten Teachers with incoming Kindergarten students.)
* Only the child and 1 parent/guardian will be allowed in the building.
* Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. You will not be allowed in the building more than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. We will have a waiting area while your child is being screened.
