
WWSC buildings are under a boil water advisory due to a water line break in the county.
Water may not be consumed from the tap or fountains unless boiled.
Bottles of drinking water will be available until the advisory is lifted.


Players' families and friends have received their tickets and there are a few dozen tickets remaining for Friday's Semi-State game and they are now available to the public.
Those interested can contact the HS Office and pick up their tickets on Friday. Cost $10


Two local news programs came to practice this week to film some segments about the football team. Both will air Thursday 11/19/2020.
The WDRB Segment will highlight Senior Bobby Stevens' return from injury. It will air at 5 PM and again on either the 10 PM or 11 PM broadcast.
The WHAS Segment will highlight our return to Semi-State. It will air at 6:15 PM.

The annual Texas Roadhouse Fundraiser sheets will be sent home today, November 16. Students have until December 2 to sell and collect the money. The school profits 20% of all sales, not 10%, like it states on the envelope. Please help the PTO and WWES by selling gift cards.


Unfortunately we do not get to honor our veterans at school as we normally do. However, our community's veterans are in our hearts and on our minds today. WW thanks you!

Mark your Calendars! We are hosting a Financial Aid & FAFSA Completion Night at West Washington on Thursday Nov 12th at 6pm in the high school cafeteria.
A representative from INvestED will lead a 30 minute presentation on college financial aid. The rest of the time is available for one-on-one FAFSA help.
The FAFSA is required for anyone who thinks they may want to attend college next year. This is also a required step for all 21st Century Scholars to remain eligible.
Things to do before you arrive:
- RSVP to Mrs. Nance (nancest@wwcs.k12.in)
-Create a student and parent FAFSA ID (recommended). See attached flier for instructions.
-Read the attached checklist. The most important items to bring with you are your 2019 tax returns and/or W-2 forms.
-Bring your charged chromebook

Girl's Basketball Fundraiser


5th/6th Grade basketball tryouts have been rescheduled for Monday and Tuesday, November 9 and 10. It will be after school until 5:00.

Need help with childcare and virtual learning? The Washington County YMCA has a Day Camp to help our county schools while navigating this pandemic.

Sectional Tickets for Friday's game at North Daviess are available in the HS Office. There are a small number left. You will receive a voucher and present the voucher and pay upon entering, cost $6.
Visitors bleachers will only sit 150 with social distancing, there will be additional space on the track. Bring a chair to properly social distance.
