Gratitude

West Washington freshmen Coleson Henry has been legally blind his entire life. His vision is so poor that for him to see anything it has to be just an inch or two from his face. His condition currently cannot be improved through surgery. Despite this Coleson has done well in school and kept us all entertained with his wit.

Coleson had the opportunity to get an assistive device call e-Sight. Using this device Coleson visions can be as good as 20/20. The only thing holding him back was the great expense. Within days of announcing this opportunity, members of the WW Community, family and friends raised the money.

Coleson was able to demonstrate his new site to the entire student body on the first day back to school. VIDEO- Coleson sees Mason for the 1st time! We are so grateful to our community that supports our students!

We love our WW Family!
